SUMMER BATH LINEN RENTALS -  $5.00 per set  (Bath linens are furnished in spring, fall and winter)

Weekly rentals begin and end on FRIDAY. During the summer season, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Other times of the year, flexible check-in and check-out times and days may be available. Details can be discussed at the time your reservation is made. Daily rentals are subject to a 3-day minimum charge.

We reserve the right to place short stay guests in another unit in order to accommodate week-long guests.

DEPOSIT POLICY - We must ask for a deposit in advance to insure that your unit is ready for you when you arrive. Your deposit is due within five days of the date the reservation is made. Reservations will not be held without a deposit; deposits apply only to the specific dates reserved. Deposits apply to the last day of the reservation and will not be refunded in the event of check-out prior to the expiration of your reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT -  Due to the quality of our housekeeping vacation homes, please do not be offended when a security deposit is requested. Upon cleaning of your unit after your departure, your security deposit will be refunded by mail within seven working days. Units requiring additional cleaning (dirty dishes, undue litter and other abnormal cleaning) or maintenance (damaged furniture, walls, etc.) will be assessed an hourly cleaning or repair charge.

CANCELLATION DEPOSIT - Your deposit is a guarantee by you, our guest, that you will commit to fulfilling your reservation. We take your reservation seriously and our policy is intended to be fair with you. Once we reserve a housekeeping unit, we take it off the market, passing up other potential guests. If it is necessary to cancel, we will do our best to fill the vacancy. Deposit refunds will only be made provided that the cancellation can be filled for the full term of the original reservation. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from your deposit regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

PAYMENT POLICY -  The balance of your unit rent for the reserved time is due and payable upon arrival.

• Kitchens include toaster, electric hand mixer, can opener, coffee maker and popcorn popper.
• Port-a-crib and high chair available.
• Central heat in ALL units.
• Lakeside vacation homes have adjacent parking and well-lighted grounds.
• Weber grills, picnic table and lawn chairs.
• Safe, sandy beach with lounge chairs.
• Outdoor recreation includes horseshoes, basketball and children's swings.
• Rec room with pool table, tennis table and foosball at no charge.
• Coin operated laundry and public pay phone.

WATERCRAFT RENTALS -  A 14' Alumacraft fishing boat is furnished with your vacation home. We also have a fish cleaning house with electric lights and running water.
